This document provides an overview of the Know Your Business (KYB).
After submitting your information, you will see a summary of your information, as shown in the following images.

  • You can click on the Edit Submission button to modify your information if needed.
  • But please note that you can only edit your information before the KYB process is approved by ClaPay compliance.
  • Once the process is completed, you will not be able to make any changes to your information.

If all steps are completed and your KYB process is approved, you will see the following status in the overview page.
